FAK3157 Editing a special issue 4.0 credits

The course develops an understanding of the editorial work around a special issue and trains the doctoral students in creating a special issue from idea to actual publication.

After completing the course, the student should be able to:

− know the traditions, processes and challenges of editing of a special issue

− be able to edit a high-quality special issue

Eligible applicants are those who meet the prerequisites for admission to doctoral studies in history of science, technology and environment.

If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

• INL1 - Assignment, 4.0 credits, grading scale: P, F

Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.

The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
