Aim and main expected results
The short term aim of the project is to increase the intermediate's (Innovationsplatsen) skills and ability to lead and disseminate innovation at Karolinskathrough increased use of research-based know ledge. In the long term, this helps to strengthen the hospital's innovation and innovation management work, meaning the ability to develop and implement new processes, methods, and workingmethods that contribute to the hospital's mission in highly specialized care and to Karolinska'soverall vision of creating value for patients.
The approach in the project will be linked to six different workpackages that all aim to gradually build an offer. Work packages are planned to gradually build up know ledge that will be included in the offer.
The project's developed offer will consist of three parts:
1) Educationin Innovation and Innovation Management
2) Practicalassistance to operations - Intermediate's (Innovationsplatsen) workingmethods for facilitating innovation processes at Karolinska
3) Descriptivematerial on methods and processes for innovation work adapted to the activities at the hospital
