"Waiting" is for the files you send to the printer to be printed. The files will be stored on the server for up to 3 days before they vanish. For instance, if you print something from home on a Sunday, you can go to a KTH-Print printer and print it out the following Tuesday.
"Printed" is for the files that one has already printed out. These files are stored for up to 1 day in case you want to reprint them again.
This is because KTH reimbursement of unused purchased prints only at the completion of studies at KTH.
This is because several instances at KTH will be involved in the repayment process, which means that work effort and administrative costs usually exceed the repaid amount.
Therefore, it is unnecessary to have larger amounts outstanding if you do not plan to print for the entire amount.
There are several reasons why you are receiving this error message.

You can also receive the error message if you have already logged in to another KTH-Print printer and forgot to sign out. The system will log you out automatically after a few minutes, and you will be able to print again.
You will not be debited for the print job that was not printed.
Students receive their free quota at the beginning of January and July.
This occurs when a prior print job is blocking your prints out.
