Intended learning outcomes
The aim of the course is that the student after its completion shall be able to:

basic concepts and models in organisational theory, management and leadership
- analyse
problems/possibilities on organisational, group and individual levels
- describe and account for projects, how to work in projects and project management

and reflect on ethical aspects of organisations within the real-estate and financial sectors

- ANN1 - Assignment, 3.0 credits, grading scale: P, F
- TEN1 - Examination, 4.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

15 lectures and 3 seminars. Before each seminar an assignment should be accomplished, individually or in a group of students. The grades of the seminars are compiled and weighted against the grade on the exam.
