Kandidatexamen i arkitektur, landskapsarkitektur, civilingenjör i byggd miljö eller motsvarande, samhällsplanering eller samhällsvetenskapliga ämnen med minst motsvarande 30 hp inom området urban och regional planering, transportplanering, regional planering och ekonomi, geoinformatik eller miljövetenskap.
Utöver detta krävs dokumenterade kunskaper i engelska motsvarande engelska B/engelska 6 eller motsvarande (TOEFL, IELTS, etc).
