If there is something wrong with your accommodation, you need to report it to us. We will cooperate with the landlord's caretakers to solve your issue as soon as possible. If you see any vermin,for example bedbugs, in your room, you need to make a fault report immediately.

Have you already sent a fault report and want to know the status? Reply to the automatic e-mail you received from 9200@kth.se when submitting the form. The Fault report unit can also be reached by calling 08-790 92 00 (+46 8 790 92 00 from a foreign telephone number), make sure to mention your errand number.
Fault report outside office hours
For urgent matters outside office hours, for example water leaks or electrical problems, please use the emergency fault report. Depending on which housing area you live in, the telephone number differs.
