Things to have in mind before you contact us

Please note that we only give support on IT services and hardware associated with KTH. We are unable to assist with issues related to private hardware or services not provided by KTH.

Please provide as much information as possible when you contact us, and use your KTH e-mail address for a smoother case processing.
