KTH FOOD is recruiting a postdoctor in sustainability of food innovations.
Emerging food innovations, in combination with digitalization and automation, are expected to transform agro-food value chains, changing how we produce, process, package, supply and distribute food. Novel technologies and new initiatives within cellular agriculture, alternative protein substitutes and urban agriculture are just a few to name. This postdoctoral position focuses on business models and social acceptance of food innovations as well as their implications for sustainability and resilience.
