Sustainable food through One Planet Plate: KTH in debate article (UNT)

It is time to prioritize climate and biodiversity in the food sector to ensure food supply and protect ecosystems. 

Both buyers and suppliers of food are urged to make higher demands on sustainable purchases and work for reduced climate impact, KTH and several other actors write in a debate article in Uppsala Nya Tidning. WWF's One Planet Plate initiative is proposed as a tool to offer climate-friendly meals that also benefit biodiversity. A focus on less but better meat consumption and more vegetarian dishes is necessary to protect our planet and future, and through actors purchasing, offering and serving more sustainable dishes, we can make a difference together.
