KTH Energy Dialogue 2019
The annual Energy Dialogue took place on 14 November at the Student Union building Nymble and was devoted to be a meeting and networking place for the future energy system. KTH performs research for developing novel methods and techniques toward the future sustainable energy system. Overall targets are to contribute to the sustainable development climate goals by the United Nations. Traditionally the event hosted awards for the best master thesis in the energy field, sponsored by Vattenfall, and for the most communicative PhD poster, with prizes from Vetenskap & Allmänhet.
At the Energy Dialogue 2019 examples of KTH-research was presented covering a wide variety of scientific fields including engineering, economics and behavior. The event started with a networking lunch and poster session. The plenary program was opened by the President of KTH. Two key note lectures was given and the Vattenfall Award for best master thesis at KTH was handed out by the CEO of Vattenfall. Four plenary session and discussions was led by the moderator Willy Silberstein. The seminar was concluded with information of coming events and handing out of the best student poster award.
