Research profile
Our activities span the entire field of information technology in its widest sense. We work with both the technical solutions and systems. The research programs cover a broad range of ICT areas from basic research projects to applied research in close co-operation with internationally leading universities and industry.
Our faculty is strong with about 40 professors and 30 associate professors and senior lecturers. We undertake research on an internationally advanced level – predominantly in the fields of nanoelectronics, photonics, electronics and computer systems, software technology, communication systems and services. Our teaching staff have long experience and useful industrial and academic networks.
