Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
The course objective is to present students with the opportunity to take part in ongoing research in well-defined development projects.The students have thus the opportunity to apply their knowledge in theoretical and experimental projects and also to see the results.This course can be seen as preparation for the MSc thesis project and a path onward to research studies.

Good knowledge of mechanical design, mechatronics and electrical engineering, corresponding content in course MF1016 Basic Electrical Engineering and MF1045

If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
