Intended learning outcomes
On completion of the course, the student should be able to:
- Develop a personal view on entrepreneurial leadership and operations strategies
- Critically review different entrepreneurial leadership methods and practices, with a focus on innovative companies
- Develop new methods to recruit, develop and reward entrepreneurial leaders in the company
- Develop joint aim, core values and visions for an innovative startup company
- Analyse when and how to use hard and soft leadership methods
- Understand how one builds a culture of authorised leaders
- Explain the importance of entrepreneurial leadership and scientific innovations business of today
Literature and preparations
Specific prerequisites
Students must have a minimum of 120 university point.
Literature
Mainly scientific research articles, to be specified at the beginning of the course.

- INL2 - Assignment, 7.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
