Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to give the participants training in oral communication in Swedish workplace context and an introduction to and understanding of Swedish company culture.
After passing the course, the student should be able to:
- describe what is characteristic for Swedish company culture
- identify cultural clashes that can arise on inter-cultural workplaces
- analyse and explain workplace related conflicts and tensions

- INL1 - Assessment, 1.5 credits, grading scale: P, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
