Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
To understand the forces in team development both for projects teams as well as ordinary teams in an organisation aiming at implementing changes
Literature and preparations
Specific prerequisites
- University studies of at least 120 credits (Swedish hp)/2 years including documented proficiency in English.
Recommended prerequisites
Having a documented work experience or a documented course in management.
Equipment
Need access to the World Wide Web in order to use Bilda (the communication instrument of KTH).

If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

- SEM1 - Seminar, 7.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
Group tasks submitted during the course. A report of the development of the group. A final group seminar presenting an investigation made by the different groups.

- In any assessment, every student shall honestly disclose any help received and sources used.
- In an oral assessment, every student shall be able to present and answer questions about the entire assignment and solution.
