Content and learning outcomes

Course disposition

Experiential learning through a mixture of lectures and active participating.

Students are expected to work in groups both during and outside the schedule.

Intended learning outcomes

After passing the course, the student should be able to:

  • through analysis of own group project and reflection over own behaviour demonstrate an understanding of and understanding of how groups and individuals are developed
  • describe an increased consciousness about own controlling values and their consequences in own behaviour
  • through analysis of own or the application of group member of leadership/cooperation demonstrate an understanding of what characterises a functioning leadership
  • give an account of different organisation models and draw conclusions about their applicability
  • describe essential parts in an organisational change management
  • illustrate factors that influence the culture of an organisation such as leadership and in what way they influence
