  • through analysis of own or the application of group member of leadership/cooperation demonstrate an understanding of what characterises a functioning leadership
  • give an account of different organisation models and draw conclusions about their applicability
  • describe essential parts in an organisational change management
  • illustrate factors that influence the culture of an organisation such as leadership and in what way they influence
