Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
Good awareness of the role and substance of purchasing and supply management in companies, public authorities, and government agencies. In a structured way be able to identify and describe essential purchasing-related terms and activities within the purchasing process. Be able to describe and explain aspects on the supplier-base design related to purchase needs, supplier relations, and sourcing strategies.

Examination and completion
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

- TEN1 - Examination, 4.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
The written material must be passed by the examiner and a presentation which is part of the basis for grading the thesis must be performed, with the academic supervisor and/or the examiner present.
