Models of property and entitlements in political science and theories of planning

Design of real property and entitlements – property rights regimes

Intended learning outcomes

The comprehensive aim of the course is to provide deeper knowledge of the significance in society of real property and land use rights, founded on theories within the disciplines of economics, law, philosophy and political science.
