-       Laws, policies and liability rules for AI

-      Surveillance capitalism and ubiquitous surveillance

-      Facial recognition, privacy and police agencies

Intended learning outcomes

After passing the course, the student must be able to:

-     explain how health data and models can be used ethically in society  

-     discuss and report on critical perspectives on artificial intelligence in health    

-     describe potential biases and risks with data and models in health

-     discuss legal frameworks and values about justice equity and fairness in health data and models
