Intended learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to prepare the students to take on managerial tasks in project based organizations. After the course the students should be able to:
- Describe, explain and apply concepts for construction project management including integrated professional project teams.
- Use and evaluate relevant methods and tools in practical-like construction projects.
- Relate to and apply relevant knowledge and research within the area.
- Describe and apply methods and collaborations for a more sustainable construction process and built environment.
