Intended learning outcomes
The aim with the course is to give the students knowledge in contract law. The course deals both with general questions of contract law, such as formation of contract, agency, invalid contracts and interpretation of contracts, and with certain specific kinds of contract, such as sales, rent of moveables, and different kinds of services.
After having gone through the course the student shall be able to:
- Identify legal problems and indentify applicable legal rules within the subject of contract law.
- Apply and motivate the use of applicable legal rules when solving legal problems in the subject of contract law.
- Analyze and argue for different solutions of legal problems within the subject dealt with in the course.
- Formulate contract clauses.
