Intended learning outcomes

The overall goal of the course is to create insight into what it means to lead an organization. This means that the student after the course should be able to:

  1. Define and explain theories, models, concepts and terms within the field of management and leadership
  2. Discuss theories, models, concepts and terms within the field management and leadership and apply them on a specific situation
  3. Assess an organization and suggest a strategy for moving forward based on theories, models, concepts and terms within the field of management and leadership
