Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
The overall aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of how existing real property and property right structures, as well as previous urban development, affect the current conditions of property development.
This means that students after completing the course are expected to be able to;
1. Describe how current land use, infrastructure and urban settlements have emerged.
2. Analyse and judge how existing legal rights and other conditions affect alternative land use and building designs in the future.
3. Be able to give an estimation of when an area was developed.
