Welcome Ceremony: Tuesday 23rd May

During the first day of the conference, we will have a networking event in the Vasa Museum . The Vasa Museum is a maritime museum in Stockholm, Sweden. Located on the island of Djurgården, the museum displays the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that has ever been salvaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628.

The museum is located in Galärvarvsvägen 14, Djurgården. At 18:00, when the museum is closed for visitors, and we will have the unique opportunity to mingle in the museum in a private event. Light snack and drinks will be served in a standing event. 

Gala Dinner: Wednesday 24th May

We will have our gala dinner in the Royal College of Music in Stockholm . 

This dinner will be on Wed. 24th May 2023 at 18:00.
