Division of Cellular and Clinical Proteomics

This division holds two tenured professors, one tenured Associate Professor, and one new research group leader, all located at the Science for Life Laboratories (SciLifeLab) in Solna. The division also hosts the Cell Profiling facility and the Cell Atlas associated with the Human Protein Atlas.

The four research groups are active in different disciplines and applies proteomics in clinical material, as well as in research material, including spatially at single cell or subcellular level. Research areas encompass experimental oncology, cardiovascular disorders, immune system biology, and cell biology. The division’s faculties are also closely connected to Karolinska Institutet, Karolinska University Hospital, and Stanford University (USA) through visiting or partial appointments.
