and posters will be presented by

Kasper Bågmark, Fredrik Fryklund, Xin Huang, Niclas Jansson, Niklas Kotarsky, David Krantz, Fredrik Laurén, Shihao Liu, Ylva Ljungberg Rydin, Gustaf Lorentzon, Jaime Manriquez, Pritpal Matharu, Malin Mosquera, Vilhelm Peterson Lithell, Per Pettersson, Mattias Sandberg, Tony Stillfjord, Anders Szepessy, Teodor Åberg.

For poster presentations, there will be a three minutes lightning presentation to allow for advertising the posters. Make a separate pdf for these.

Here are general instructions from KVA about the presentations:

1. We would like all presentations to be sent no later than two days before the meeting. The presentations should be uploaded in a folder: write an email to peter.branden@kva.se to obtain a personal link. If the presentation is not sent in a laser pointer cannot be used, since KVA has a special screen.

2. The presentations should be in Powerpoint or alternatively PDF.

3. All lecturers should be in the room no later than 30 minutes before the event starts. About 10 minutes before the start of the session, our AV technician has a briefing with all the speakers on stage and demonstrates how the sound works in the hall.
