5th Workshop on Scientific Computing in Sweden, October 23-24, 2024.

This two-day workshop brings together researchers and educators in Scientific Computing throughout Sweden. The focus of the workshop is to discuss recent developments, build and strengthen collaborations, and to provide an opportunity for broadening networks. The previous workshop was held at Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg in 2022.
SWEDCOMP2024 will take place at KVA (Kungl. Vetenskapsakademien), Lilla Frescativägen 4A, SE-114 18 Stockholm. A link to the registration form is found below.
Program
Each day includes complimentary lunch. There is also a conference dinner on the first day, sponsored by Comsol. A detailed schedule will be provided at a later date.

Presentations
In order to allow sufficient time for discussion, a limited number of participants will be selected by lottery for an oral presentation. These will be announced in week 39 (around Sep. 23-29).
For poster presentations, there will be a short lightning presentation to allow for advertising the posters.
Accomodation and funding
Travel and accomodation funding are not available. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to/from the conference, as well as their hotel. A block of rooms will be set aside at Elite Hotel Arcadia ; participants are responsible for the associated costs.
