Sensors

Sensors such as pressure sensors, accelerometers, gas sensors, bio-sensors etc. are indispensable in modern society. At the division of Micro and Nanosystems we develop new sensors concepts, sensor packaging methods and micro and nano-manufacturing technologies for next generation sensors in application areas such as medical, automotive, industry, safety, aerospace, life sciences and the internet of things (IoT).

Current research topics

Electrical DNA detection
Digital biosensors
Virus detection in air
Photonic biosensors
