Biomedical Microsystems

In many cases the acceptable size of technology in medical applications is very limited. The Micro and Nanosystems division develops miniaturized medical tools that enable new ways of performing diagnostics and therapy.

Current research topics

Virus detection in breath
Therapeutic cell microencapsulation
Digital biosensors
