SmartPM

This project aims to increase resource efficiency for both machines and people by increasing automation and digitization in the company's KPI system.

Scope and objective

We have chosen to focus on KPIs and methods for both manual assembly (WP1) and machining (WP2) as well as automated cost-based decision support for prioritizing different improvement alternatives (WP3). We also address competence supply and organizational maturity for increased digitalization and automation in WP4. The goal is to increase cost and resource efficiency in production by smarter utilization of existing resources, and for the use of measurement systems by automation of parts of the systems.
