We enable human communication over distances in time and space

With roots in media technology, computer science, and behavioral science and staff with world leading expertise in media technology and interaction design, the department conducts education, research and the third mission within its topics. Our area can briefly be described as innovative design, adjustment and improvements of existing systems and processes for media production and to facilitate computer use and media consumtion.
