Important dates

Here are the dates and deadlines to keep track of.

  • 6 June: Team leaders send a list of participants to ernsi2023@kth.se  and submit possible oral contributions (typically for the non-junior people) with title, abstract and authors. 
  • 7 August: Registration deadline.
  • 16 August: Submit presentation or poster abstract to ernsi2023@kth.se 
  • 5 September: Send poster teaser slide (one slide for one minute pitch) to ernsi2023@kth.se   
  • 24–27 September: ERNSI 2023 Workshop.
