What made you choose KTH?
The main reason why I chose KTH was a combination of the ICT Innovation (EIT digital) programme and the city of Stockholm. I am interested in start-ups and innovation, and I believe that the ICT Innovation programme gives me a good opportunity to get a technical background, but at the same time to also get in touch with companies and start-ups in the Stockholm innovation ecosystem.
What do you like most about KTH?
I like that KTH provides me with lots of opportunities, academic opportunities, but also the facilities to work on my start-up via KTH Innovation.
What are your impressions of Stockholm and Sweden?
Really friendly and open city. Furthermore, I like the nature a lot.
Are there any differences between studying at KTH and your home university?
Yes, I come from a university city that was a bit smaller compared to Stockholm. I like to be treated as a person and not as a number. KTH and Stockholm is a bit larger than my previous student city. However, it also feels personal, and I have the feeling that the contact with the professors is easy-going and not hierarchical.
What would you like to say to students thinking of choosing KTH for master's studies?
KTH is a great university in an amazing city, and this provides you with lots of opportunities. Find your passion, and go for it ! Especially at KTH you will get lots of opportunities to work on your own passions.
What do you see as the most significant aspects of your programme?
I really like the combination of entrepreneurship and ICT technology in my programme.
Are you taking part in any student activities?
Yes, I am playing football, and I am working on my own start-up called crashNew
Do you have a dream job after graduating from KTH?
Not sure yet, but I am interested in entrepreneurship, politics, and consulting.
What dreams do you have for the future?
I would like to use ICT technology to make the world more sustainable.
