Do you want to experience KTH in real life? You are more than welcome to visit us on campus. Request a guided tour or explore the campus on your own with our map.
Guided campus tour
We offer campus visits for prospective master's students and parents. The visits consist of a guided tour on campus and information about master’s studies at KTH, lasting around two hours. Make sure to request the visit at least two weeks before the planned date so that we can connect you to one of our student guides.
Visit our campus on your own
The KTH campus is open to the public, so if you prefer to visit without guidance or are only here for the weekend, you are more than welcome to tour the campus on your own. This tour starts by Drottning Kristinas väg 4 (KTH Entré) and takes around 30 minutes.
1. KTH Entré
Start your tour at KTH Entré , the central meeting point for service and information on campus. If you are visiting during opening hours you can also visit the KTH Shop at KTH Entré.
2. Courtyard building
Explore the Courtyard building, a charming space surrounded by historic architecture and greenery, offering a peaceful environment for students and visitors to relax or study outdoors.
3. Library
KTH Library is a public library, open to everyone. The KTH Library is not only a space for quiet study but also a hub for accessing academic resources, with an impressive collection of scientific journals, books, and modern study areas.
4. Chemistry park
Located near the chemistry department, Chemistry park is a vibrant green space that provides a tranquil outdoor setting, ideal for group projects or a break between classes.
5. KTH Innovation
Visit KTH Innovation to discover how students and researchers turn ideas into groundbreaking startups and innovations. It's the heart of entrepreneurship on campus. KTH Innovation, Teknikringen 1, is open weekdays between 07.30-16.30 during the semesters.
6. Student accommodation
Get a glimpse of the student accommodation facilities on campus, offering convenient housing options for students with easy access to academic buildings and KTH’s vibrant community.
7. Gym
The KTH gym offers fitness facilities for students, faculty, and visitors. It’s the perfect place to work out and unwind after a day of studies or meetings on campus.
8. Q building
Step into the Q building, a modern space that houses classrooms, meeting rooms, and open study areas, designed to foster collaboration and innovation among students.
9. Triangle park
Enjoy a stroll through Triangle park, a central green space on campus where students often gather to relax, study, or have outdoor meetings during the warmer months.
10. Student union
The KTH Student Union (THS) is the center of student life on campus, offering activities, support services, and representation for students in academic and social matters.
11. Architecture building
A visit to the Architecture building offers a look at KTH’s renowned architecture programme. Its distinctive design is a landmark on campus and a hub for creative learning and innovation.
