As a KTH student, you can go on specially designed exchanges and do your degree project in low- and middle-income countries around the world.
KTH Field Studies
KTH Field Studies (FS) is new travel grant, and the first call is set for the autumn semester 2023. You can get the travel grant for writing your degree project in a low- and middle-income country, for example, in Latin America, Africa, or Asia. Through FS, you can increase your knowledge, understanding, and experience of challenges and environments in low- and middle-income countries.
Exchange and project course in Africa
KTH Global Development Hub is developing coordinated education and innovation activities for sustainable global development with an initial focus on sub-Saharan Africa. The Hub allows students to participate in project courses focusing on global challenges formulated in a local context. Participating in the project courses does not influence future opportunities for exchange studies.
