What are the best tips you would give to other students thinking about studying abroad?
- Don't overthink it. Going abroad is easier than you think, and you have nothing to lose. Instead, you gain lots of valuable experiences and memories.
- Plan your trip well in advance. Create a clear study plan for which courses you want to take, start looking for accommodation early and research the country and what you want to see and do there. Also, make sure you have all the paperwork in order well in advance, including health insurance, study finance and other important documents, so you don't have to rush at the last minute before departure (like I had to).
- Get out of your comfort zone. Get to know as many people as possible, try different activities, challenge yourself as often as possible, and make many memories. You will look back on this time with a smile and long for the experiences you had. So take advantage of every moment and make the most of your time.
