ECO2-SAM VINNOVA

The Centre for ECO2 Vehicle Design at KTH aims at changing the perceived contradiction between economy and ecology in vehicle design by researching the future challenges regarding ECOnomical and ECOlogical – ECO2 – balancing of the vehicle concepts that will be key mobility carriers in an efficient future transport system. The project ECO2 SAM is an initiative to approach structures and materials in vehicles from an ECO2 perspective, comprising mechanical performance as well as environmental performance simultaneously.
