Research
Research at the SCI School covers a broad range of topics from fundamental mathematics to applied mechanics.
We conduct both theoretical and experimental basic research, often in collaboration with international universities, colleges, research institutes and industrial partners. Applied research combines theoretical, numerical and experimental methods and is in most cases carried out in collaboration with universities and industry, both in Sweden and internationally.
Research activities are organised at the School's four departments. Our ten centres create collaboration with other universities and external actors in industry and the public sector.
