Competence Centres

The research at the SCI School's competence centers are based on close collaboration between KTH and partners from society and industry, and consist of long-term collaborations on common challenges and research issues.

ECO2 Vehicle Design

The centre is a research environment where all Sweden-based vehicle manufacturers are gathered to create the competence, methods, and knowledge necessary to design resource-efficient vehicles for a sustainable society.

SeRC - Swedish e-Science Research Centre

SeRC develops state-of-the-art e-Science tools and provide an e-infrastructure support to existing and emerging e-Science communities.

SKC - Swedish Centre for Nuclear Technology

SKC supports education, research and development in disciplines of nuclear technology at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Chalmers University of Technology and Uppsala University.

SMaRC - Swedish Maritime Robotics Centre

SMaRC is a cross-disciplinary industrial research centre for maritime robotics with the aim to perform research, and demonstrate solutions that can contribute to the transition to autonomous intelligent underwater systems.
