Fault report for relocation housing

Report malfunctions and damages through the fault report form. We will handle all reports during office hours in the order they come in and we will report back to you as soon as possible. Your personal information is gathered so that we can contact you if necessary. We may also send relevant information forward to the real estate owner, if necessary, to solve your report.

In case of emergency

If there is an emergency, for example flooding or major electricity damage please see the information in the entrance of your building and use the emergency number for your housing location  to contact the landlord.

If there is a major flooding, fire, someone is hurt or you are unsafe, please call 112 for the fire brigade, police or ambulance. State your name, full address and what has happened. Wait on the phone until the operator tells you to hang up.
