Monday: "KTH research for climate planning and sustainable energy access"
This seminar will be delivered by Associate Professor Francesco Fuso-Nerini, KTH, and moderated by Christina Murray, chief international advisor to the president at KTH.
When: 12:15 to 13:00 (CET). A 45 minute seminar followed by a short break, allowing those who need to depart to do so. We will then continue with a Q&A session until 13:30.

This seminar will delve into the innovative tools and methods developed at KTH for sustainable energy and climate planning, with a special emphasis on Sub-Saharan Africa. We will showcase how these tools are being widely applied in policy-making to foster positive environmental change

Francesco Fuso Nerini
Francesco Fuso Nerini works as Associate Professor at the KTH division of Energy Systems, and is the Director of the KTH Climate Action Centre. His focus is on addressing multi-disciplinary sustainable development related issues – including how future climate change and action, energy choices, and AI will affect the achievement of the climate and sustainable development goals.
Christina Murray
Since 1992, Christina Murray has been working with matters related to internationalisation at KTH. In her present position as chief international advisor to the president, which she has held since 2017, she provides strategic support and advice to the KTH management on international matters. This includes managing the initiation of ventures with certain selected partner universities and regions as well as leading and coordinating various international events on behalf of the president, deputy president and vice presidents at KTH.
