Agile methods

Agile methods are an approach to managing projects and software development that are based on an iterative and incremental process. These methods focus on creating value quickly and continuously by involving the customer and collaborating closely with the team. Agile methods have become increasingly popular in many industries due to their flexibility and ability to adapt to changing requirements and needs.

Agile is a project methodology used in software development, project management, and other areas where change and adaptation are a natural part of the process. Agile methods emphasize quick iteration cycles, collaboration and communication between team members, and continuous improvement. Instead of having a long planning phase at the beginning of a project, shorter planning cycles are used and the course is continuously adjusted based on feedback and new insights. Agile methods have become increasingly popular in modern business development due to their flexibility and ability to handle rapid changes in an ever-changing environment.
