On this page, you will find essential information before the programme starts, including the time and place for the mandatory school introduction and contact info.

Mandatory school introduction

Time: 22 August at 9:00-13:00.

Place: Student info desk, floor 5 (ground floor), Hälsovägen 11C, KTH Flemingsberg.

At the introduction, you will get a chance to meet your academic coordinator, your fellow students and receive practical information to help you get settled as a KTH student. You will learn about support and services, how to register for courses and get general information about studies at KTH.

Remember to bring your passport or a valid ID to the meeting.

If you can not attend the school introduction meeting

If you are ill or, for some other reason, unable to participate in the mandatory school introduction, you must submit an exemption form. If not, you risk losing your place within the programme. The exemption form will be available on this page from 1 July.

Programme meeting

The school introduction meeting will take about one hour. After the meeting, you will get programme-specific information from your programme director. We will end the morning by inviting all new students for lunch in KTH Flemingsberg’s atrium.
