Linn Fagerberg

Linn Fagerberg holds a PhD in Biotechnology from KTH and Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Uppsala University. She has worked with data analysis and visualization within the Human Protein Atlas project since 2004, mainly focusing on mapping the human proteome using bioinformatics methods as well as analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. She was also Group leader of the Genomics group of Novo Nordisk Center for Biosustainability, responsible for transcript profiling of bacterial and yeast strains.

Dr Fagerberg is senior bioinformatician and responsible for integration of data in all projects in the Wallenberg Center for Protein Research.
