Intended learning outcomes
After the course you should be able to:
- Describe different types of changes processes which aim to develop organizational capabilities, economic value or that are based on change concepts such as TQM, BPR, etc
- Describe existing change concepts such as TQM, BPR and BSC
- Describe the role of the change leader
- Describe the role of internal/external consultants in change processes
- Describe how IT affects organizational change
- Develop an ability to quickly grasp a change situation, analyze it, develop your own change strategies and present your results in a persuasive way

Industrial management basic course.Exemption for those students in program CMATD, who have read the course MH1021 in autumn 2009 or 2010,
and another 30 ECTS within the field of Industrial Management
