On completion of the course, the participants should:
- have good theoretical as well as practical knowledge of how to supervise an engineering trainee
- be able to apply presented leadership methods and tools
- have knowledge of organizational prerequisites for knowledge transfer and creativity
- having developed his own personal leadership
