Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students shall display knowledge and skills in financial and technical operations for real estate management. Students conduct a management analysis of a real estate company. The company may for example be a small real estate company, part of stock in a larger private or public utility or a housing association. Students shall be able to carry out the procurement of technical and administrative management of a real estate company. Students shall be able to give suggestions upon hoe to develop a residential and/or office building.
