Real estate valuation methods, sensitivity and scenario analysis, real estate data, market for real estate valuation

Intended learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course, course participant should be able to:

  • Apply traditional and advanced real estate valuation methods for various types of real estate  properties.
  • Describe and analyze challenges and limitations associated with gathering, interpreting, and utilizing real estate market data.
  • Explain and analyze changes in market conditions for real estate valuation services.
  • Understand different valuation standards and grasp the significance of transparency and sustainability considerations in property valuation procedures and practices.
