Self-evaluation

When you feel that the report is ready for presentation, you must complete the self-evaluation and send it to your supervisor together with the report, when you judge that all parts (except presentation and possibly opposition) are fulfilled.

DA221X, DA222X, DA223X, DA231X, DA233X, DA235X,DA236X,DA239X: Fill in the evaluation form.

DA224X, DA225X, DA226X: Fill in the evaluation form with the help of this template. You are to send this as a pdf to your supervisor along with the report.

If the supervisor agrees that all parts are fulfilled, (s)he will send the evaluation to the examiner and ask you to send the report. Otherwise, the supervisor will ask you to address the problems before you can send the report to the examiner.
