Fixed starting dates for 20189 and 201920

With effect from thDegree Spring Semester 2015, fixed (preferred) starting dates are being introduced for degree projectojects have fixed starting dates, with one starting period per study period. Starting dates
* Study period 1: August 276 - September 7 20189.
* Study period 2: October 298 - November 9 - please submit proposal by October 231.
* Study period 3: January 15 - January 254 201920 - please submit by January 8
* Study period 4: March 186 - March 297 - please submit by March 119
The starting dates indicate when the first supervision meeting will take place. Prior to this, the student must have formulated their degree project assignment (proposal) and had it approved by the examiner.

Unless otherwise stated, the degree project assignment description must be submitted to the coordinator at least one week before the above earliest starting dates.

Presentation dates 20189/201920 Thesis presentations will take place in agreement with the thesis coordinator. Timeshe scheduling will depend on when the examiners (and supervisors) areis available.

AThe thesis must be approved for presentation by the examiner and the registration for presentation submitted to the thesis coordinator by the Monday the week before the planned presentation date, i.e., at least one week in advance.
